By using Claps Artificial Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We provide an SMS-based event discovery and management platform for students.

2. Eligibility

Claps Artificial Intelligence is intended for use by students with a valid student email address. By using the service, you represent that you are a student and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Claps Artificial Intelligence regarding event invites, RSVPs, and announcements. This program is a standard rate SMS program.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the number of events you are invited to or hosting.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Conduct

Users are responsible for their own conduct and the content they share. You may not use Claps Artificial Intelligence for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming or harassment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Claps Artificial Intelligence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of events hosted on our platform or for any interactions between users.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of Claps Artificial Intelligence after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
